มูลนิธิกองทุนการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนา (EDF) ดำเนินโครงการเพื่อการพัฒนาทางการศึกษาให้แก่เด็กด้อยโอกาส โดยเชื่อว่าการศึกษาเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่จะขจัดปัญหาความยากจนให้หมดสิ้นไป EDF และมุ่งช่วยเหลือเด็กด้อยโอกาสให้เขาได้มีโอกาสรับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของตนเอง นอกจากการดำเนินโครงการเพื่อการพัฒนาในพื้นที่ประเทศไทยแล้ว EDF ยังเป็นศูนย์กลางการดำเนินงานเพื่อการพัฒนาให้กับประเทศอื่นๆเช่น สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา ประเทศอัพกานิสถาน เป็นต้นและขยายขอบเขตความช่วยเหลือด้านทุนการศึกษาให้แก่เด็กด้อยโอกาสในประเทศเหล่านี้ด้วย
จากการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาการศึกษามาเป็นเวลากว่า 20 ปี EDF ตระหนักเป็นอย่างดีว่าบุคลากรคือส่วนสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้องค์กรดำเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุความสำเร็จ EDF จึงต้องการบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ ร่วมงานกับมูลนิธิฯ เพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพทางการศึกษาและดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเยาวชนในประเทศไทย โดยผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือก จะได้รับสวัสดิการพื้นฐานต่างๆ อาทิ ค่ารักษาพยาบาล และการประกันชีวิต ให้กับพนักงานทุกท่าน

Market research: Identify funding sources in Thailand and overseas; identify fundraising/marketing strategies in Thailand; other fundraising associations and agencies; analysis of the economic and political trends that may likely affect EDFs ability in fundraising. |
