| On 30th January to 1st February 2013, EDF has arranged the orientation and training on Project Management to Directors and Teachers from 5 schools, Ban Nong Makhua, Ban Nong Muang, Wat Ban Kahat, Ban Tako Tanate , and Ban Nong Mod Daeng School, in Buriram Province , under Agriculture for School Lunch Project , supported by Barclays Capital Securities (Thailand) Limited. The main purpose for this gathering was aimed to encourage knowledge and understanding of Sustainable Project Management in school.

Moreover, EDF officers together with Ms. Sudaporn Hongnakorn, Senior Academic Service Officer, Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 arranged project monitoring trip to visit each school. As a result, most of these schools’ project activities have been gratifying, their students have learned and experienced in farming and cultivation to support the school lunch project and vocational activities from real life practice, as well as strengthened the participation from communities.
Again, EDF always stands by and hope that after we conduct the orientation, mentoring, and also provide key advice, the schools would further progress in developing their project activities and sustainable expand to the beneficiary.
