EDF’s surveys 5 new primary schools under Education Technology Support Project 2012
Education Technology Support (ETS) Project aims to promote computer and information technology (IT) skills for children in the remote area and lower a gap for children to access computer and IT skills. In year 2012, ETS project aims to expand its provision to cover 5 more schools in Isan.
18th -20th June 2012- EDF visits five new primary schools, namely Bansamran School, Bannamoohin School and Bandondang School in Nakhon Phanom as well as Nawa Prachasan School and Kaengnonkam Prachasan School in Mukdahan under the Education Technology Support Project 2012 supported by Mr. Albert Loridan, a French donor. The purpose of this trip was mainly to see the possibility to run ETS project activities throughout the year.

These five schools located in the remote area of the two provinces lack computers and IT equipment to support their children’s skill. The project will not only support 57 computer sets and computer training, but it will also provide 100 scholarships and 60 bicycles to those disadvantage schools.
