P&G Employees Volunteered on School Refurbishment
In the morning of August 19, 2011, led by executives from P&G Manufacturing (Thailand) Co.,Ltd, in cooperation with EDF, P&G volunteers went to Wat Praek Nok-iang School, Amphoe Mueang Chachoengsao, Chachoengsao Province, to volunteer themselves on the 3rd-year volunteering day titled “Give Back to the Community.”
After the welcoming ceremony in the morning, every volunteer was split into groups to volunteer themselves with the students and teachers of the school.  Volunteering tasks on that day included making the planting blocks, making the fish pond, building a mushroom house, fixing the kid’s playground, fixing the football field, setting up a new first-aid space, as well as entertaining and a general service team.

Everybody was having a good time on that day…all of the volunteers from P&G, school teachers and students helped together hand-in-hand on every task.  This complies with one of the wishes set-forth at the beginning that every P&G volunteer should value the concept of social responsibilities as key of their project ‘Give Back to Community.’
