EDF Foundation Governance and Management Structure
The EDF Foundation operates under the guidance of both the Honorary Board Members and the Board of Directors, who serve as advisors in providing strategic direction, policy guidance, and oversight of the Foundation’s operations. The Board also reviews operational plans, annual performance reports, and the Foundation’s annual budget.
The Foundation’s operations are organized into four main functional departments:

The EDF Foundation regularly reports its operational performance, proposed work plans, and financial statements to the Board of Directors during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year to ensure transparency, accountability, and good governance.
